Embark Grand Princess
(Thomas drove us from Hyatt Place Hotel)
We made it to cabin E203, suitcases were there already.
Had lunch at the Horizon Court, Deck 14, dinner in Da Vinci restaurant.
6/16, Sunday
Breakfast at Horizon Court
Afternoon no entertainment except Trio. Dinner at DaVinci .Evening in theater variety act by Jeffrey Allen.

6/17, Monday
Breakfast Horizon Court, also lunch.Afternoon stroll around Plaza.
Dinner at DaVinci, tenderloin of beef, 1 Heineken Beer.
In theater, comedian Tom Brisco.
6/18 Tuesday
After breakfast at Horizon Court, disembarked ship for stroll along Ketchikan street, along 4 berths. Ships in port were Grand Princess, Star Princess, and Holland America Line, Wester-dam.
After returning to ship had Pizza, coffee and beer (a Budweiser and one Heineken.
A short nap was needed.
Dinner just soup and a cold cut plate.
After that off to the theater, a really good show, " , British Invasion" a musical variety show, with UK hits starting in 1956, Beatles, Rolling Stones, and other hit songs.
After the theater off to the Wheelhouse bar, a trio playing
pleasant music, some people dancing.
Drinks: a bourbon drink and I had a gin and tonic.
Bought bottle of water for room.
6/19 Wednesday
Walking the town of Juneau,short shuttle ride from ship ($10)
Evening in Theater Iditarod Champion Libby Riddles, Elfriede had wine. After that listened to a Rhapsody string trio on Plaza (2 gin and tonic)
Bought water for room.
6/20 Thursday
Explored main street of Skagway. Lot of people from 4 cruise ships, Star Princess, Royal Princess, Holland America Westerdam, and Disney Wonder. Bought ice cream and cap.
In the afternoon enjoyed pool and hot tubs on upper decks.
Dining at DaVinci, table companions some Chinese ladies from California. Finished evening with listening to trio at the Wheelhouse Bar.
6/21 Friday
Tracy Arm Fjord Scenic Cruising
After breakfast enjoyed sunny day at aft pool. Bought 2 Orange/Vodka drinks.
Evening at Plaza pizza place, ordered 2 glasses of red wine.
Theater show was Jeff Burkhart.
6/22 At sea
Some exercise in the Sports center. Relaxing, listened to music.
6/23 Sunday
Docked in Victoria, BC. Got a late start getting off ship, but managed a walk to Fisherman's Wharf. However, it was sunny with a cold wind blowing. Returned to ship justin time for 1:30 pm deadline. Evening entertainment by Rapsody Strings Trio (first on Plaza, then Wheelhouse Bar, in between Larry Morgan Trio.
Purchases, Coors Light, and 3 Gin and Tonic.
6/24 Monday
Started packing both suitcases.
Beyond that took a stroll around deck 8. Sun was warm aft and on portside. Nice sunset. Listened to Rapsody
Trio on the Plaza.
6/25 Tuesday
Disembarkation day, was done by groups for an orderly getting off ship, for example we were yellow 7, suitcases were also by same group ready for pickup.
Good timing, as we came to curbside, there was Thomas to pick us up. After a scenic drive which included San Francisco State Park and Lunch at Mel's Diner he drove us to La Quinta hotel. Thomas left us, he some important work for client to do.
6/26 Wednesday
Travel home, everything according to schedule (shuttle to airport , flight AA 1880, Shuttle to Cottonwood.
